I have trouble sleeping on long haul flights just flee from Sydney to London. I felt much more comfortable and my head felt supported and the material was too warm either.
I was a bit sceptical first but decided to try it out as there was an option to return it free of charge in case it didn't suit me.
I have to say that the pillow is awesome, I have tried it out on the flight from Rome to Bangkok (about 11 hours). It takes some time to get used to to it and know how to put it correctly but it's worth it! I was able to rest and sleep.

Just landed into Thailand off a long haul flight.. the neck pillow was fabulous.. took a little getting used to but once I did, it was great.. can be a little warm at times but nothing that the air vent couldn't help with. Great sleeping aid to keep your head secure and comfortable whilst sleeping on the jet...
