Perfect purchase

I bought my trtl neck support to take to our South African safari celebrating our Silver Wedding Anniversary. I then bought the bag to carry it in!

Excellent

Long haul from Toronto to Hong Kong and this worked like a charm. You have to adjust it to get it right but when you do your head is perfect for sleep. And they are seriously the best for customer service. There was a small glitch in shipping and they corrected in 24 hours. Well done.

Brilliant product

Bought this after the great reviews - was initially a bit skeptical when it arrived. However, I used it on a night flight (10 hours), and overnight bus and other shorter bus journeys and it was excellent. I was able to fall asleep on each and had no pain or niggles in my neck as I usually do after sleeping. I have already recommended this product to many of my friends!
